Every now and then, you will hear people say, “I wish I could be wealthy someday.”

A simple life doesn’t have to mean not being able to provide for your parents’ medication. A simple life doesn’t have to mean growing old and having no money to use when you retire.
You can aspire to be wealthy and still live the “simple” life that you always wanted. You could earn more, so you could give more. It isn’t wrong to aspire to be rich when you have the “right reasons”. Maybe you want to provide for your sibling’s education. Maybe you want to give back to your parents. Maybe you just want to donate to the poor.
The reasons could be endless. The reasons may vary from person to person. The important thing to understand is aspiring to be rich doesn’t mean being a greedy person. Money is just a tool. It could be used for good things or bad things. The difference lies on the person holding it.
If bad people will be the ones going after the wealth of the world, you can be sure it will be used for bad things. But if more kindhearted people will enrich themselves so they can give more, you can be certain that the world will be a much better place.
